Great Team
From the outset, our family has surrounded itself with exceptional professionals to drive this project forward: guided by the expert counsel of Marcelo Pelleriti. Agronomically, Rodrigo Guisasola manages the vineyard, benefiting from the extensive expertise of grapevine engineer Marcelo Canatella. Other vital areas such as Marketing, Hospitality, and Communication are led by seasoned industry veterans, completing our formidable team.
OWNERS
Federico & Susan Bandini
Federico and Susana both immigrated to the United States as children alongside their parents, all in pursuit of a better life. Together, they raised three children and founded their own engineering company. In early 2014, an opportunity emerged to acquire 170 acres in Las Compuertas. What began as a real estate investment quickly evolved into the fulfillment of a lifelong family dream: owning their own winery.

Amanda and her husband, Johnathan, manage the US market from their home base of Houston, Texas.
Amilcar, Luz, Santi y Majo.
Amilcar and Santi, focused respectively on nationwide wine sales and tourism experiences. And on the other hand, the creative Marketing engine led by Majo, with Luz’s visual magic in graphic design.
Rodrigo Guisasola
As an agronomist, he meticulously oversees every area of the vineyard. Rodrigo is responsible for procedure implementation and ensuring quality management.
Marcelo Pelleriti
Marcelo, one of Argentina’s most esteemed winemakers with over 30 years of experience in the industry, offers his expert perspective on crafting our exclusive high-end wines.
Marcela Canatella
An agronomist engineer specializing in high-end vineyards and organic viticulture, Marcelo works closely with Rodrigo and the team to ensure the optimal performance and health of our plants, which is essential for making excellent wines.
